Jeff just realized they matched as I was taking the picture!! I had dressed Colt & was watching as Jeff picked out his clothes to wear. After he was dressed I asked him to hold Colt & I stepped away to take the picture. Love this!!

He had a good feeding at noon and no issues in the night so our little guy should be coming home soon.

Colt is napping right now and is getting his groceries, albeit at a slow rate.  I got to see him on video a little while ago and was amazed at the difference in his spirit. He was playing peek a boo, waving, growling, and even giving me a psuedo kiss on the screen.   He was watching a baseball game and even showed me a his “swing”.  

What’s the difference?  Let’s say they (doctors) gave him a little help.   His pants might fit better by the end of the day.   They cleaned him out.  It was something they knew could be a problem all along, but we’re waiting for nature to takes it’s course.  When it wasn’t “happening” for him, and with his couple of episodes today, they decided to make it happen.  

I hope to see him again after he wakes up and that his progress continues.

Colt was not able to keep his groceries down during the night.   There a good chance he’s going to stay another day/night at Cooks while they take the next steps to getting him well.  I had a video chat with Colt this morning and he looks pretty good and most of the time he seems to feel all right.   I’ll post any updates as I get them.   

When I left he was laying with Mimi and getting his groceries. I think he was giving it all he had to wait for momma to get there before he would let himself go to sleep. Sweet dreams buddy. Can’t wait to get you home. Hopefully tomorrow.
